In the locality of Gebi, on the south-western outskirts of the village of Masera, we are selling building land of about 5000 square metres for the construction of a three-star campsite. The area is accessible by a convenient communal road, easily reached from the two main roads (Valle Vigezzo state road entrance and Simplon state road entrance), has a road frontage of about 55 metres and is cultivated with grassland. An ecological area for waste collection is planned, as well as various connection points for electricity and drinking water, and a pedestrian pathway for excursions on foot to the village and to the area's footpath network. The entire perimeter will be fenced in with wire mesh and iron posts with an appropriate protective hedge. The large southern slope of the building will be able to accommodate solar and photovoltaic panels.
